Outre le plaisir de participer à cet incontournable encan pour les amateurs et collectionneurs d’œuvres d’art, d’objets rares, d’expériences prestigieuses et d’alcools québécois, la Fondation LOJIQ compte sur votre soutien pour poursuivre sa mission, soit celle d’encourager les jeunes à réaliser des projets communautaires avec le programme Québec Volontaire de LOJIQ et de compenser les émissions carbone des projets de mobilité jeunes avec l’Objectif Zéro Carbone.
L'acquisition d’un lot à un montant supérieur à la valeur estimée sera considérée comme un don à la Fondation LOJIQ et l’acheteur pourra sur demande recevoir un reçu de don de bienfaisance (pour fins fiscales) du montant excédentaire (différence entre la valeur estimée et le montant adjugé). Le bénéfice de la vente des œuvres d’art offertes par la Galerie Artêria appuiera l’Objectif Zéro Carbone de la Fondation LOJIQ, plus particulièrement la plantation d’arbres en partenariat avec Arbre-Évolution.
CONDITIONS DE VENTES
Cette vente-bénéfice est exempte de taxes de vente. Seuls des frais de transaction de 5 % seront exigés au moment du paiement. Le paiement s’effectuera directement auprès de la Fondation LOJIQ, en ligne par carte de crédit ou par chèque.
À noter qu’un délai de 5 minutes supplémentaires sera accordé après chaque nouvelle mise sur un lot lors de la fermeture de la vente le 25 février. Vous aurez donc toujours l’opportunité de renchérir ! Un plaisir sans fin !
CONDITIONS DE LIVRAISON
Nous suggérons la remise en mains propres des œuvres d’art directement auprès de la Galerie Artêria, située à Bromont. Pour tous les autres prix, la remise pourra également se faire en main propre aux bureaux de LOJIQ à Montréal (934 Rue Sainte-Catherine E, Montréal, QC H2L 2E9) ou à Québec (200 Ch Ste-Foy Bureau 1,20, Québec, QC G1R 1T3).
À noter qu’un montant forfaitaire de 5 $ par lot sera demandé à chaque acheteur comme participation aux frais d’expédition et d’emballage pour tous les envois au Québec, sauf pour les lots concernant des cartes cadeaux, des certificats électroniques et des prix remis en main propre aux bureaux de Montréal et Québec de LOJIQ ou à la Galerie Artêria. Les frais de livraison pour les lots les plus volumineux et ceux expédiés hors du Québec seront facturés aux coûts réels après entente et selon l’option choisie par l’acheteur (estimation des frais sur demande).

In addition to the pleasure of participating in this not-to-be-missed auction for lovers and collectors of works of art, rare objects, prestigious experiences and Quebec alcohols, the LOJIQ Foundation is counting on your support to pursue its mission, which is to encourage young people to carry out community projects with the LOJIQ's Québec Volontaire program and the reduction of carbon emissions of youth mobility projects with Zero Carbon Objective.
The acquisition of a lot at an amount greater than the estimated value will be considered as a donation to the LOJIQ Foundation and the buyer may, upon request, receive a charitable donation receipt (for tax purposes) for the excess amount (difference between the estimated value and the amount awarded). The proceeds from the sale of the works of art donated by Galerie Artêria will support the LOJIQ Foundation's Zero Carbon Objective, more specifically the planting of trees in partnership with Arbre-Évolution.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
This Fundraising event exempt from sales tax. Just 5% of transaction fee will be charged at the time of the payment. Payment will be made directly to the LOJIQ Foundation, either online by credit card or by cheque.
Please note that an additional 5 minutes will be allowed after each new bid on a lot at the closing of the sale on February 25th. You will therefore always have the opportunity to bid! Endless fun!
TERMS OF DELIVERY
We suggest hand-delivering the works of art directly to Artêria Gallery, located in Bromont. For all other prices, the hand delivery can also be done at the LOJIQ offices in Montreal (934 Sainte-Catherine Street E, Montreal, QC H2L 2E9) or in Quebec City (200 Ch Ste-Foy Suite 1,20, Quebec, QC G1R 1T3).
Please note that a lump sum of $5 will be charged to the buyer as a participation to the shipping and packaging costs for all shipments within Quebec, except for the lots concerning gift cards, electronic certificates and prizes hand-delivered at LOJIQ's Montreal and Quebec City offices or at Artêria Gallery. Larger lots and those shipped outside of Quebec will be billed at actual costs after agreement and according to the option chosen by the buyer (fee estimate upon request).
